Admiro Bruno Mars porque su música me ayudó a pasar malos momentos, cuando escuché su voz por primera vez en Billionarie me encantó y al cabo de unos meses me encontré con una nueva canción, Grenade, una de las canciones más bellas que pude oír, pero eso no es lo que admiro de él, si no su capacidad de escribir sobre cualquier tema, no le importa lo que otros piensan acerca de su música, sólo escribe y ya, admiro que un cantante pueda presumir de escribir a otros cantantes y escribir su propias canciones.
En cuanto a su música, su estilo es querido por millones de personas de todas las edades, jóvenes y no tan pequeños.
Su primer álbum Doo Wops y Hooligans tiene un estilo de los años 50 que hizo que su música sea más admirada por no ser como la música actual de otros cantantes.
La mayoría de los fans lo conocen sólo como Bruno Mars, un Hooligan lo conocen como Peter Gene Hernández Jr., ya que ese es su verdadero nombre, ¿por qué fue Bruno Mars? Debido a que su padre lo llamó Bruno porque se parecía a un boxeador llamado Bruno Sammartino y Mars porque sus amigos siempre le dijeron "estás en Marte."
A los 4 años, por extraño que parezca, creó su primera canción llamada "I love you mom".
En 1990 fue nombrado por el NY Times Magazine como "The Little Elvis" y 1 año más tarde apareció en una escena de la pelicula "Luna de miel en Las Vegas" como el pequeño Elvis.
A los 16 años se mudó a Los Angeles (él es hawaiano) y conoció a Phillip Lawrence y Ari Levine, con quien formaría un grupo de compositores llamado "The Smeezingtons".
Ha escrito canciones para Flo-Rida, Sugababes, Cee-Lo Green, Justin Bieber, Adam Levine y otros cantantes, la famosa canción "Waving flag" de la Copa del Mundo de 2010 fue co-escrita por él y escrita por Knaan.
Escribió Fuck you de Cee-Lo Green en sólo 15 minutos, y al principio esta canción iba a ser cantada por él y Just the way you are por Cee-Lo Green, pero él se opuso y decidió que iba a cantar Fuck you, ya que fue más su estilo, Just the way you are era más de Bruno.
Desde octubre de 2010 fue reconocido internacionalmente y ganó muchos premios, incluyendo "Mejor Artista Nuevo" en varios países.
Su canción Just the way you are ha entrado en la historia como la primera canción en el Reino Unido en entrar al numero 1 en la lista de singles del Reino Unido cuando solo llevaba una semana a la venta.
En 2011 fue nominado a 7 premios Grammy logrando ganar sólo 1, y en 2012 fue nominado a seis premios Grammy pero no ganó.
El 11 de diciembre lanzará su segundo álbum, con sólo 3 canciones sus Hooligans nos damos cuenta de que será un gran disco, porque tiene su propio estilo, ese estilo que lo caracteriza desde que era un niño, el estilo de Michael Jackson, uno de sus ídolos.
Estas son las razones por las que admiro a Bruno Mars y por qué es mi ídolo de la música, sobre lo que es, podría decir que es el mejor ídolo, es romántico, divertido, amable y un poco loco e inmaduro.

I admire Bruno Mars because his music got me through bad times, when I heard his voice for the first time in Billionarie I loved his voice, after a few months I met a new song, Grenade, one of the most beautiful songs I can heard, but that's not what I admire about him, but his ability to write on any topic, does not care what others think about his music, he just writes and already, I admire that a singer can boast write to other singers and writing his own songs.

These are the reasons why I admire Bruno Mars and why is my idol about music, about as he is, I could say it's the best idol, is romantic, funny, friendly and a little bit crazy and inmature.
